Trouble Accessing Samepage or Receiving Emails

Overview

If you are experiencing any of the following issues:

  • a blank page or white screen after successfully accessing and logging into www.samepage.io

  • are not receiving email communications from Samepage after signing up

The reason is most likely due to the configuration of your company's firewall, which is blocking the download of our CSS and JavaScript files from our CDN (content delivery network) provider, CDN77. 

 

Solution

We recommend your IT department to whitelist the following domains and subdomains for samepage.io:

  • https://samepage.io/*
  • https://*.samepage.io/*
  • http://samepage.io/*
  • http://*.samepage.io/*

As a fall back solution, for a blank or white screen, if content from the CDN server is blocked, the system will revert to a local server here in San Jose to deliver the necessary CSS and Javascript files. If this happens, users may experience slightly slower page loads, but the content will get delivered successfully.
