If you can't find the answer you're looking for in the Help Center, we've made it easy for you to submit a ticket and get help from our customer support team. All it takes is three easy steps!

1. Submit a Ticket

Contact our customer support team any way that is convenient for you:

2. Accept Email Invitation

We use Samepage to communicate with you and resolve any issues you may be experiencing. After you submit a support ticket, you will receive two emails:

  • a first email confirming your request
  • a second email inviting you to a private page in Samepage

Important: Keep an eye on your inbox. We'll either respond to your issue via email or invite you to a page so we can work on the issue together in real time. 


3. Access Your Ticket

Once you accept the email invitation, you will be automatically directed to the shared page. Feel free to post your questions in Page Chat and @mention the Samepage team member. We're happy to help you any way we can.

This shared page will remain available to you as a point of contact to our Support Team as long as you like. Of course, you are free to leave the page any time as well.
