Sharing a page is great for when you want to share information with a guest or request input from someone outside of your team, without having to add them to the team.
All members have the option to share a page with existing guests or other members in the organization. Team owners have the added ability to add a new person as a guest or share the page with the public.
Click the 3-dot menu next to the page name and select "Share."
You'll be given the choice to share the page with specific people or publish it online with a public link.
If you choose to share the page with specific people, the recipient(s) will receive a 1:1 chat message letting them know that you've shared a page.
Samepage will also post a 'shared page notification' message in Page Chat and display a shared page indicator on the upper right corner of the page.
Click the shared page indicator on the top right of the page and simply click the "REMOVE" button next to the user's name.
