Submit a Support Ticket

If you can't find the answer you're looking for in the Help Center, we've made it easy for you to submit a ticket and get help from our customer support team. All it takes is three easy steps!

1. Submit a Ticket

Contact our customer support team any way that is convenient for you:

  1. Web form
  2. Email
  3. Toll-Free Call 888.394.6958


2. Accept Email Invitation

We use Samepage to communicate with you and resolve any issues you may be experiencing. After you submit a support ticket, you will receive two emails:

  • a first email confirming your request
  • a second email inviting you to a private page in Samepage

Important: Be sure to accept the email invitation to the page, as this is where our support team will respond to your request. 


3. Access Your Ticket

Once you accept the email invitation, you will be automatically directed to the shared page. Feel free to post your questions in Page Chat and @mention the Samepage team member. We're happy to help you any way we can.

If you wish to access the page again later, you can always return to the email invitation and click 'accept invitation.'
