Manage Invoice and Billing Information

Overview

Only Samepage Pro Admins have permission to view and update their organization's subscription and billing information. 

Samepage Free Admins can also view their organization's account information - click the Gear icon and select Upgrade to Pro, then click on Account Details.

There is no need for organizations in the Free plan to enter billing or credit card information, unless the account is being upgraded to Pro (for information on upgrading to Pro, click here).

 

Viewing Invoices 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Manage subscription.
  2. Click View latest invoice as PDF.

 

Managing Credit Card Information

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Manage subscription.
  2. Click Add credit card, enter information, then click Add card.

You have the option of selecting the default payment method if there is more than one credit card associated with your account.

 

Managing Billing Information

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Manage subscription.
  2. Click Edit billing information.
