Balfour Yearbook, a registered trademark of Commemorative Brands, Inc. is a leading school yearbook publisher in the United States. Balfour began in 1913 as a jeweler specializing in fraternity and sorority jewelry, over time growing to produce championship rings, yearbook publication, and school apparel.
Balfour Yearbook recently created a dedicated consumer marketing team. The new team needed to build processes from scratch, and needed a way for the team to work together and track progress as they built the team, and then a platform to manage the team's day-to-day work.

"We created folders in Samepage to better organize all of our project pages. We have a pages dedicated for social media planning and another for contests. I also keep a schedule of our posts on a page so, I can keep an eye on our social media timeline from Samepage."

"We created a separate team to work with two guest users - we have a couple of large projects that have 40+ moving parts, and we manage them from that team. We really like the templates and use the project planning one the most. The tasks feature is great, too – it allows us to track progress from 25% done to complete."
