Samepage Response to COVID-19 Crisis

As the global impact of COVID-19 continues to spread and affects millions of people and businesses around the globe, Samepage is committed to helping our customers and users survive and thrive in this very challenging and unprecedented time in history.
This message outlines the steps we are taking to address this situation.
Taking Care of Our Team Members
The safety and well-being of our team members is critical. Our entire team is now working from home/remotely. Of course, this is easy for us as we rely completely on Samepage. Our servers are all hosted in Amazon Web Services so we have never needed physical access to maintain our service. In most of our locations we are all on government mandated lock downs and this has not affected our ability to manage, maintain or support Samepage. All of our services are up and running and we fully anticipate that continuing to be the case regardless of the duration of this crisis.
Taking Care of Our Customers and Users
The safety and well-being of our customers and users is very important to us. In many ways, it is why we exist. We set out to build the future of work and a huge part of that is creating a platform that supports the ability for organizations to hire the best people, wherever in the world they happen to live. We are absolutely convinced that remote work is a key strategic advantage for every organization and will become a standard part of how organizations work in the future. Of course, we never could have anticipated the COVID-19 crisis. However, it is here and our overriding goal is to make sure you are able to keep your organizations up and running and your people safe throughout this crisis.
There is a wealth of information available on how to stay healthy, protect your people, etc. We won't list resources here. We're sure you've already been bombarded with lots of resources. WHO, CDC, etc. have much better, accurate and more timely information.
Empowering Our Customers and Users
We are a small company ourselves. We understand this crisis is going to create some terrible hardships for schools, non-profit organizations, and companies. Our goal is to make sure that everyone who wants to use Samepage during this challenging time is able to. If Samepage can help keep people safe and save lives, we feel it is our moral duty to help as much as possible. To support that objective, we are implementing the following changes:
- Samepage Pro will be available for free through the end of June 2020 for all new accredited educational institutions and non-profit organizations.
- If you are an existing Samepage customer facing a severe financial crisis, we will work with you to defer your payments for up to 3 months. Please contact us directly through your support team and we will evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Together, we will get through this crisis! In the meantime, stay safe and be grateful for all the good in our lives. We certainly are!
