Samepage Pro: Organize Your Samepage Group Members into Teams

We’ve been making changes at Samepage so this Tip is a little outdated. Don’t worry! There are tons of new features to help you get more done. Take a look at the new Samepage in our guide, Switching to new Samepage.

You're busy at the office, juggling multiple projects with several different team members. How do you ensure everyone has access to the content that is important to them?

With Samepage Pro, it's easy to add team members to different teams and to set/manage group permissions:

  • Navigate to Teams

  • Select Add Team in top left

  • Sample Page
  • Create Team Name; then Select Add (for example: Marketing Team, Project Warriors, etc.)

  • From right side of Samepage, Select "Team" members

  • Sample Page
  • From now on, easily add "Marketing Team" to your projects with a simple click of a button

  • You’re done

Note: You must be assigned as an Admin using Samepage Pro to create Teams; 1 person can be a member of an unlimited number of teams. And if you are not a Samepage user it's easy to get started with our free online collaboration tool.
