Never miss a call again
Schedule remote video meetings
If you work within a distributed team, you know the drill. It helps if you sync up with your teammates regularly, so everyone is aware of what each member of the team is doing. It can be a simple chat message or better - a video call. Video calling allows for a better understanding of each other, and you might solve a couple of things much faster than through chats.
What could be a struggle when organizing a video meeting is to get everyone on the call at the right time. Of course, you can add all participants directly into the call manually, but doing that every week or every day would be too much of a burden.
And even though there's a built-in list of all ongoing calls, people can sometimes forget where to look for an active call.
Schedule an Auto-call
You probably already have an event for these regular meetings. So all you need is to click on the "Enable auto-call" button in the edit event dialog. When the event starts, phones and computers of all event participants will start to ring. This way, it's much easier to get everyone in the call.
Don't worry; it's not just for repeating meetings. It applies to all events (except for all-day events). So the next time you need to make a remote meeting, make your life more straightforward using the auto-call feature.
Extra fun with video calling on Samepage and gifs
Recently we told you about emojis in video calling and how they can be helpful. This time we're moving one step further with gifs. It's so much fun to react to conversation topic with trending gif from Giphy; you have to try that yourself. Just click on the gif icon next to emojis and search for the right gif.
