If you haven't had a chance to meet your new "People" screen yet, you'll see it was redesigned to make management of your members and guests easier.
First things first - all guests are free
You shouldn't have to pay to collaborate with outsiders. From now on, you only need licenses for members of your organization, i.e. fellow employees. Guests, even if they're in multiple teams, are now free.
We're also making a few adjustments to guest capabilities. To learn more, please read our help article.
More granular controls
By default, your people won't be restricted by any of our new controls, but you now have the option to prevent someone from discovering open and protected teams. You can also restrict them from managing teams, managing pages, and inviting guests.
View and update in bulk
This new screen shows you more about each user. It also allows you to select multiple users and make changes to their roles and team memberships in bulk.
You can access your new "People" screen on a desktop computer by clicking the gear icon in the lower left corner and then selecting "People". We hope you enjoy! Feel free to let us know what you think below.
