What's New

Video Calling

Start a voice or video call with just one click from any chat in Samepage. Whether you work in a team of 5 or 15, we make it easy for you to bring the group together.

With our integrated calling feature, you don't have to open another app to communicate with your team. You can get your work done from start to finish in Samepage, without breaking your flow.

All users can make group voice calls and one-on-one video calls. If you're on the Pro plan, you get the added bonus of group video calling.

Voice and video calling is now available on the Samepage desktop app and Google Chrome. For screen sharing and best overall experience, we recommend you use our desktop app.

For more information on making a call, check out the help article.

Team Files

Every team in Samepage now has its own space to share and sync files. Say goodbye to searching for those elusive email attachments! Upload, organize, and edit all your team's files from a single place. Create folders (and if you want, folders within folders).

The best part is that you can sync all your team's files for offline access with a click of a switch. So even when you are in a remote location without internet, you can still edit your files and be rest assured they will automatically sync when you are back online.

Tasks & Events

We recently posted an announcement on the improvements we've made to tasks and events, but if you missed it, here's a recap:

Event Attendees: Add people to upcoming events–it's a great way to keep them informed about meetings, conferences, and other important dates. The perk to being added as an attendee is that you will see the event in your personal calendar and be able to set custom reminders.

Task and Event Notification Pane: We've added a special section in My Tasks and My Calendar, so you can easily view notifications for new tasks and events, as well as any reminders you set, at a glance.

Reminders: If you're juggling a lot of things throughout the week, it's a good idea to set some reminders to help you along the way. You can schedule reminders for yourself directly from My Tasks and My Calendar.
